At Roshambo Eyewear, we want you and your family to love your frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all undamaged products. If your shades aren't the perfect fit, we make the process simple and stress-free so you can get back to enjoying the sun.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your eyewear in its original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
